Never retreat. Theres only one devil and that is your limiting beliefs. It will control you to the end of the planet. If you do not stand firm and stair through its core. Never let up. Never stand down. Stand firm and it will back down. Be present. feel the breeze. Be 100% grounded. Thats the only way the holly spirit can see through this thing.
This thing is nothing when you are present. It is merely an illusion. That you allowed yourself believe in. It has limited you, And it also has control over you. As long as you are not letting God in.
The holly spirit is reality. Everything else is mere illusion.
as A course in miracles states. Nothing real is threatening. And Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.

Awaken
What the ego calls love is addictive and clinging. Which can turn to hate in a second. Anticipation about an up coming event, which is the egos over evaluation of the future, easily turns into its opposite, let down or disappointment. When the event is over or doesn't full fill the egos expectations. Praise and recognition makes you feel happy alive one day. Being criticised or ignored make you feel unhappy and dejected the next. The pleasure of a whiled party turns into bleakness and a hang over the next morning. There's no good without bad, no high without low. Egos is the minds identification with external factors. Which are of course all unstable and liable to change at any moment. The deeper emotions are not really emotions at all but states of being. Emotions exist within the realm of opposites. States of being can be obscured but they have no opposite.. They emanate within you as the love joy and peace that are aspects of your true nature - Eckhart Tolle
