Meditation Top Ten Tips.

Meditation is great clearing your mind and relaxing your body. I recommend when first starting out a minute even being sufficient enough, You may feel to do longer and thats fine.

You can meditate first to clear your mind then searching within, letting things come to mind and then focus back on you're breathing with your whole being and then let the other thought arise.

The smother your breath the more quite your thoughts are, the more jagged your breath the more jagged your thoughts are, the loader your breath the louder your thoughts.

You should breath from your stomach, as you breath in your stomach expands, and as you breath in your stomach contracts.

If you can notice the breath gap between the breath either on the in breath or the out breath. You will reach a state of presence while acknowledging the gaps.

Inspiration comes when your in a state of empty mind. When your mind is empty it is most easily for you to be able to naturally only let the best enter your mind.

Try and do a minimum of 1 minute twice a week.

You do not need to be in the traditional posture of the Buddhist, with legs crossed. You can do your meditation how ever you want.

While doing your meditation be still and focus all your attention on the breath.

Always be relaxed.
